Rock Home Town, Hebei

She showed him her world, and he fell in love with that too

Standing beside the landmark in Rose's hometown of Hebei,
exploring the streets she grew up on alongside her parents and cousin.
Every corner revealed a little more of who she is.

The Great Wall of China

On top of the world, just the two of them

They hiked the Great Wall with Rose's parents,
but slipped away near the start to find a quiet stretch of their own.
Just them, the ancient stones, and a view that went on and on.

Xi'an, China

In Xi'an, they rented a tandem bicycle and rode side by side
along the wall that has surrounded the city for centuries.
Their laughter echoed out across the rooftops below.

Never a typical date. They wouldn't have it any other way.

Forget the ordinary ice rink. They took to the ice on bikes and contraptions,
and ended up squeezed into a duck-shaped sled,
laughing so hard they could barely steer.
